These days, a whole bunch of B-Schools are launched in Norway, the United States and many other countries. This is the time for course launch and there is a lot to choose from. I have attended at least 5 such courses myself, and learned A LOT, but there is ONE thing I’m totally not crazy about, and that is the email most course leaders ask us to send out to colleagues, friends and acquaintances.
In this Email you are supposed to ask other people how they see you. This is a lot of fun, and it’s a good idea to get all the positive feedback in your mailbox. However, the pleasure may not be as awesome as we think.
Uh? You are probably thinking: what is the problem with that?
The problem with it is that we ALWAYS see life through a filter, our OWN filter. So when I say something about YOU, my prejudices (negative and positive), assumptions, beliefs, attitudes, opinions and convictions (whether they are limiting or not) are with me in my review. We can not explain any thing without taking into account that objectivity is an extremely difficult piece of art.
So… what they say isn’t true?
Your TRUE strengths and talents come from inside of you
What if you could build yourself as a brand just by discovering a few challenges and overcome them to really step into your strengths?

This is where I use the Archetypes
Your special Archetypes contain your secret sauce of strengths that show you they way out of what is challenging, and unlocks the gate to your highest potential. You gain grat self confidence. You start overcoming your challenges, taking full responsibility for everything in your life. You don’t have to go by other peoples’ systems and rules.
I have this expression in Norwegian that translated means «to stand in the middle of your shoes», meaning being balanced, have ALL your energy with you, be grounded in your beliefs.
Do you know what your true strengths are?
Do you know how to use them?
Share in the comments. Maybe someone gets a really great ida from your insights.
